Where can it be used?
At Alma Avalon and St Alma Freshwater, for food and drinks, over as many visits as it takes.
What if they don't spend it all in one go?
Whatever's left stays on the card. Check the balance at either restaurant, or email enquiries@almagroup.com.au with the reference.
When does it arrive?
Send now and it goes as soon as Stripe confirms the payment, usually within a minute or two. Pick a date and it goes at 7am Sydney time that morning.
Can they keep it on their phone?
Yes. The email has an Add to Apple or Google Wallet button.
Can I send it to someone overseas?
Yes. It comes by email, in Australian dollars, for use in person at either restaurant.
Is there a physical card?
No. For something to wrap, print the card on heavy paper.
For groups or corporate orders?
For ten cards or more, write to enquiries@almagroup.com.au. We can send them to you or straight to each person.
The fine print
- Valid for three years from the date of purchase; the expiry date is on the card and in the email.
- Redeemable for food and drinks at Alma Avalon and St Alma Freshwater, in person, in full or in part.
- No fees after purchase. Using the card, checking the balance or reissuing the email never costs anything.
- Unused cards can be refunded within 14 days of purchase; write to enquiries@almagroup.com.au with your receipt.
- Lost the email? We can resend it to the original address on request.
- Sold in Australian dollars; the balance is not redeemable for cash.
